Unused, non-expired products may be returned within 20 days of purchase for credit or refund with prior approval by email. Any returns attempted after 20 days will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact and accompanied by a copy of the regional invoice. Opened or used items will also not be accepted for return. All shipping fees are non-refundable. SYNERGY NUTRIENTS will not be responsible for the loss of uninsured returns.
Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS for customers located within the United States.

Please be advised that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Dropship, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select shipping are all available upon request. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping for orders over $200 in the United States is free. Buyer is responsible for all other shipping charges. Delivery times may vary in accordance with UPS and USPS delivery schedules.
It is the buyer’s full responsibility to receive or pick up shipments from UPS or USPS. UPS will only make 3 delivery attempts, and USPS may or may not request receiver to pick up packages at the local post office. Any unclaimed packages will be automatically returned to Bio Essence by the shipping carrier. Buyer is responsible for any additional fees resulting from undeliverable or unclaimed packages.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
